I'm not receiving essential emails from Tesco

Emails from Tesco, that is orders, receipts and suchlike from no-reply@mail.tesco.com are not getting through to my inbox. This is unacceptable as I am disabled and housebound and rely on online delivery to be able to eat.

 

Emails from no-reply@customerexperience.tesco.com are getting through, so what on earth is the problem? Please fix this ASAP or I will have to consider changing internet provider.

Yay! Set up a Tesco order yesterday and received the confirmation email. No disappearing act this time.

 

With thanks to TalkTalk, all the other customers who complained and @Ady-TalkTalk for compiling the list of users.

 

Fingers crossed this is now solved, with no reversions or other glitches.

Yay! A Tesco email, a receipt for yesterday's delivery, was delivered to my online spam folder which is progress of a sort.

 

However, when I marked it as "not spam", it disappeared! So, one step forward, another one backwards.
