TESCO - not receiving emails

As per other people's posts we have stopped receiving any emails from Tesco.  Tesco have confirmed they have been sent and that they are being stopped by TalkTalk.

 

TalkTalk - please sort it.  We don't know what's changed or missing on our orders

Hi Jon, OpenXchange the providers of TalkTalk email platform are testing and seeing thousands of mails from Tesco being accepted normally. They're testing to try and identify the issue.

As per other users. I haven’t been able to receive emails from Tesco for several days. As a consequence, I have not received confirmation of orders, receipts or information about unavailable goods. I haven’t even received notification of delivery times.

Please, please, Talktalk, sort this. Customers need to know how much is being taken from their bank accounts.

I have the same experience and have started my own thread. The situation is ridiculous.
