Staff can look into why you weren't sent a notification about having to subscribe to Everymail.

I am not a talk talk customer anymore and did not receive an email regarding this. How do I get my emails to send.

There is an issue which is being looked into.
Did you receive an email about emails migrating to Everymail or do you see a banner when accessing Webmail?
