Hi, @Grandpa1 ,
I am not sure, if you have still not set the bookmark correctly
So, here's a few steps:
On your browser, go to: https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount/?#/dashboard
Enter your email address and password. Sign in.
You will now see the address at the top of the browser is, https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount/?#/dashboard
Now, on the right-hand side of the address bar, there is 'the star'
Click the star. Click 'Done'

So, did you save the bookmark? That way, there is no need to type anything in the address bar. You just click the bookmark.

Thank you Bill I have starred the email and saved it.
Best wishes

So, @Grandpa1, are you now able to directly access the new 'Mailbox Manager',
via https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount/?#/dashboard?
Please save this link permanently in a bookmark, by clicking the 'star' on the right-hand side of the browser address bar.
(not copying the link to the clipboard)
Also, there is no need to go the long way via that article or via the labyrinth of links in 'MyAccount'.
(There are probably many other ways to get there as well, but there is no need.)

No you are right I have copied the link to my clipboard, it's a shame you cannot just type into your browser Talktalk Mailbox Manager login, I was just saying the only official way talktalk have provided through your account is the way I described.

Hi there Grandpa1. Thank you for confirming your way of doing it however as @ferguson mentioned it's easier to follow the link in the help article that was posted, you can however use what works better for you. We are always here to help should you require any other assistance. Thank you 🙂

Also before you had all your talktalk.net addresses together now you have to login to each one separately.

If that worked for you then great. Personally I think it's easier to follow the link in the help article I posted, but the important thing is that you got there in the end. 🙂

For your information when I log into my talktalk broadband fibre account, the way to get to mailbox manager login is.
1 Go down to Fix a problem
2 Go to email service status
3 Go to Manager Mailboxes
4 Go to Mailbox Manager log in page, and enter a talktalk.net email address and password.
I'm not sure if the ones who have helped me knew this already, if so it might be of help to others who did not.
