A couple of months ago there was a problem with Sky not accepting any e-mails from TalkTalk. It was resolved at the time but seems to be happening again, as several important messages that I have sent to a friend have not been received even though they have been sent to the correct address. I have now received a message to say one of my e-mails could not be sent because Sky had refused it as it came from a TalkTalk account:
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.
The following organization rejected your message: mx-eu.mail.am0.yahoodns.net.
. This is exactly what happened before, so could someone please investigate? Thanks.

Hi costumewifie, too much spam leaving our network is the cause of the other mail providers rejecting TalkTalk mail. I have raised another incident for this issue as I did for the last time it happened in November.

Exactly the same problem as LindaK2. Caused a lot of trouble in November 2024 and chaos for me in first working week back in 2025. Has TalkTalk offended Sky?

Hi LindaK2, could you send me a personal message with the sending and receiving email addresses and I'll get it looked into for you.
