Incoming emails to my tiscali account not being received

Since yesterday evening I have not received any incoming emails from accounts other than with tiscali or TalkTalk email addresses. I have sent test emails to my tiscali account from a gmail account and these have not arrived. Although I view emails using Outlook I have also logged onto web mail and confirmed that these emails are not there either. I have been told by friends that their emails to my tiscali address are being returned undelivered. My wife has the same problem with her tiscali email address not receiving emails other than those sent from talktalk or tiscali.

Please fix this problem quickly.

Yes, all appears to be working this morning - lots of emails from yesterday and a test message sent from gmail this morning arrived within a minute.

There is a very specific fault in the interface between tiscali.co.uk and the rest of the email world, which means emails originating from Microsoft or Google based email services is not getting through to addresses on tiscali.co.uk. There are now upwards of two dozen individual user reports here in the community, and I spent an hour using online chat on Saturday morning to report the fault to Talktalk. We can only hope that when one of the Talktalk staff arrives on the Community on Monday morning, someone will start getting it fixed.
