Internet not working since 2nd November

Dear Sir/Madam

From 2nd November we had no internet and when we reported you arranged for engineer and

and in process various engineers were arranged, while we were detained in our home, waiting for engineers, the internet remained dead.We also reported we were travelling.

we had a message from James Ref.  REP 16158903,that by 18th November the internet will be restored.

and when my daughter visited my flat the internet  was not working .We are tired and frustrated

 

Please cancel my contract and give credit for revive no provided
