Joining everymail from Talk Talk

After joining Everymail from Talk Talk, my other addresses haven't transferred over

@archdcn, you must return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own thread. 

Everymail appears to have been just as slow as Talktalk when it comes to all the processes involved. 

Once you post your new thread, look out for a reply from staff after the weekend.

I have agreed payment (at least once!) but still can't send. How can I check if I have transferred to everymail since I still can't send emails ?
