Hi,

I have a problem where a lot of my incoming emails are being sent to the spam folder. None of these are actually spam. I have Thunderbird set up on my computer to collect my mail from Talktalk but it will only get mail from the Talktalk inbox. I keep having to log into talktalk webmail just to move my mail from Spam to Inbox.

Can you either fix your spam filtering or disable it please?

Are you saying that's all you can do at the moment?

If you have any further phone or broadband issues, you can use My Connection online. It helps identify and fix problems with TalkTalk Services.

Features include line tests, device management, speed checks, and tracking repairs - so there's no need to contact us unless you prefer to.

Access it via MyAccount Dashboard or the support drop-down in My Account. Thanks

Thanks, just so you are aware, our Spam team will not normally contact you again, but your submission will be used to update our Spam filters. Thanks

Yes, I use Thunderbird to transfer emails from my talktalk mailbox to my computer.

Since you've mention, please confirm if it's Thunderbird you using when accessing your emails? Thanks

Okay. What next?

Okay, well sending an email with an attachment is basically sending your pictures or any PDF folders you wish to add to the email you are sending. You will basically type something down and then add a PDF as an attachment to that email. Thanks

I understand, it causes an inconvenience for you. Could you please tell me the last part of your email address? This is the section after the @ symbol.

For example, it might be talktalk.net or tiscali.co.uk. Thanks

Well I can see that it has happened by accessing webmail. But it happens whether I access it or not. I have to log in to webmail to move items to the inbox before I can download them to my computer.

Does this happen when accessing your emails via app or webmail? Thanks
