I have a onetel email address and so does my wife.

As part of the current email changes I have set up My Account as we are broadband customers (xxxxxxx).

But I cannot find a way to have my wife's email account added to My Account.
Her email Address is xxxxxxx  a pop3 account.

Can you help?

The email you have confirmed is already on the active account, please provide the email you want to link.

@angelique-TT, I have edited out the displayed account number and email address from the original post.

 

This is easily done via the three dot menu on any post. Good if you could alert staff to this facility. 

 

@frankb85 the information was displayed for nearly an hour. Scammers can easily prowl these forums looking for information to harvest, so you need to follow forum guidelines for keeping information safe.

 

Apart from PMs, the usual way to store your details more permanently is to complete the information in the profile area. 

 

That should be the easiest way for staff to access your account details. There is never any need to post sensitive details in the public thread.
