Thank you, you have confirmed your TalkTalk mail on your private message, I have escalated on my end and you will not be getting any more correspondence regarding the migration and you will not be charged. Is there anything else I can assist you with?

Hi @LesBannister thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have reviewed your account and can confirm that you are a TalkTalk customer. I will submitted a web form to ensure you are excluded from the OX Migration, as some emails were mistakenly sent to TalkTalk broadband customers. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I have sent you a private message, please confirm the details I have requested privately.
