Cannot believe i am having to do this tbh what is going on with this company that you cant pause whatever your doing and sync this your end

ok so i have just had the usual complete waste of time with your chat support (talktalk you need to fix this its beyond shocking)

 

Looking at email, now, you appear to have sorted. But i have heard nothing and nobody on chat has a clue

Apparently somebody from talktalk is going to ring on 14/aug but ive no idea why and quite frankly they neednt bother .

I just dont understand for the life of me why you havent got a fault logging/tracking that keeps me on the loop ..

This must be at least fourth time ive logged a problem and had the same aggro

@jon1967, if it was a Talktalk agent they will be using information from My Account, not from your community profile. 

 

The latter is just accessed by Talktalk community staff, and is a separate channel of support. 

 

Mainstream Talktalk support won't be following this thread, though that's not to say that back office won't try to reach you if they are onto your case for associating the email address(es) with your account and need to follow something up to help get sending going again etc.

If somebody from talktalk rang earlier can you please reply to the email on the profile  (not the talktalk one pref) and deffo not the landline registered to the account pls
