@DRB1952, thank you for the wait. I've looked into your account and can confirm that there are five email addresses linked to it, including the ones you've mentioned. Since you're still an active broadband account holder and receiving these emails, I'll go ahead and escalate this issue to our communications team. They'll work on stopping these types of notifications from being sent to all the email addresses associated with your account 🙂

Thank you, Sabelo-TT. The issue with inability to send from @Lineone.net accounts has been resolved, but I have just received a message instructing me to sign up for Everymail if I wish to keep using the @Tiscali.co.uk account which is linked to my membership of this forum! Please can that also be resolved, as I am still a TalkTalk broadband customer?

Hello there @DRB1952 , I have just escalated this matter for you on my end to our email team. With this being said, I will strongly ask for your patience with this as it will be sorted for you. 🙂 In addition, at the moment, the team have not as yet provided us with an exact timescale but will strongly ask for you to allow this 24-72working hours.

Thank you, sabelo-TT. I have now added the TalkTalk account number to my profile and listed the email addresses under "private notes". Meanwhile I have been blocked from sending emails from all these accounts!

In addition, before continuing any further, please update your community profile and add your landline number and/or account number so your account can be identified. While on the page, under private notes section, you can therefore add the email addresses you wish to be linked to your account. 🙂
