Yes, I cannot acess webmail and Thunderbird keeps asking for password.

Are there any restrictions on your email? for example not being able to send and receive emails?

Yes, it says Upgrade Your Email Experience with Everymail.

I don't think so. I might have deleted it by mistake.

Do you only have one TalkTalk email address?

Yes, I get the message to subscribe to Everymail when I try to log in to webmail.
