Linking Tiuscali email with Broadband

I am still getting "your email will close down" despite having a Broadband Account. The log on and email is associated with the account (its my log on) - what else do i need to do?

Hi Nicolene, yes the Tiscali email address in my Private notes is correct and the only account I have.

Hi @Kfisha3098, I am looking into this for you, Just to confirm, the Tiscali email address that you have under the private notes section of your profile is the only email address that you have and it is the one that is currently restricted? Also, please confirm that this email in your private notes is noted down correctly (Check for any possible spelling errors or if any part of the email is incorrect) this is so we can get this resolved for you as soon as possible.

No,  as this is my long standing email for over 15 years. it would involve contacting numerous people and departments, which is going to take significant time and set up. The commitment was to get this sorted in 48hrs and that was around 9 days ago.

Oh, I am so sorry to hear about your dad. Do you have another reliable email address that you could share with the NHS? Other than that, I have re-escalated this for you here.

Hi is there an update. This is now causing me significant issues. My dad is in hospital with late stages of cancer and the NHS is trying to find a hospice placement, they are updating me via email, but I am unable to reply due to the issues that TalkTalk have created. I specifically signed up to a new talktalk account in order to retain my email, but this now seems pointless.  Am I get an urgent update- not one saying it’s been escalated, a proper and time bound resolution, hopefully before my dad passes.

Thank you for the information @Kfisha3098 I have submitted an escalation for the relevant team to resolve this issue. The request will be completed within 48 hours of the working days only (Monday to Friday) as hours are not counted over weekends.

Hi Philile, yes I have the email asking me to subscribe. My tiscali email is linked with my current broadband account, I use it to log on and receive updates from talktalk
