Linking an email to my subscription

I have paid for a subscription and I would like to link my wife’s tiscali email to my subscription.  Can you help with this as.  As she now doesn’t have access to her emails

@Bailey8 I have successfully accessed the account and confirmed that you had TalkTalk Mail Plus, with only one email address associated with it. To link your wife's email address to your subscription, please reach out to EveryMail for assistance.

Did you pay Mailplus or Everymail, @Bailey8?

If it was Everymail, you need to ask them to add your wife's address.

For now, put all addresses that were associated with your Talktalk account in Private Notes for staff to take a look.

Also clarify whether or not you're still a Talktalk customer. If you have broadband with Talktalk you should not be paying for your emails. 

Go via your avatar; settings; Personal Information. Scroll down to Private Notes. SAVE CHANGES.
