Hi thank you for response. Please can you direct me again to where I notify of the emails, as the instructions where i was referred to before now give a 404 error.

Hi @benname, I see that the form was filled for you Tuesday, our team is working to get this resolved as soon as possible, We aim to resolve this in 48 hours please allow for the team to work through this today. While this is being completed, please confirm for me that all your emails affected are added to your profile including the one that you are seeing the red banner on?

Thank you so much for the information @benname, the email addresses are not linked to your broadband account hence you have been incorrectly classified as an orphan email. 

As you have an active Broadband account with us, i have completed a form for you and the back office team will resolve this for you, your email services should be restored within 48 working hours.

yes - I just get the modal message saying i need to subscribe when i click on new mail

There is a red banner that asks me to subscribe and pay.
