Hi @Dave'o

Linked to what, the Community login and/or My Account login, or something else?

Keith
I am not employed by TalkTalk, I'm just a customer. If my post has fixed the issue, please set Accept as Solution from the 3 dot menu.

@Dave'o

Can you access your account via webmail, https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite?

Are the server settings correct?

If the answer to both of the above is yes, then you could try deactivating and reactivating your email account. (This has fixed the issue of loss of access using an email application for other users.) For details on how to do that, see:

https://help-centre.talktalk.co.uk/Email/Access_or_Check_my_email/Managing_TalkTalk_Mail#Deactivate_...

The login link, https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount/#/login, on that page is for the mailbox manager. Use your email address and the password for the email address to log in. You must have at least one other email account with admin access rights to the mailbox manager, in order to deactivate an email account. If you do not already have another email account, then you can (temporarily) create one using the mailbox manager.

TalkTalk is fine, when there are no issues, but getting issues resolved can be a real headache.
Incorrect information on TalkTalk help pages is unhelpful.

Could you please provide more details on this? What type of email address is this? Is it one that TalkTalk is responsible for, or something like a Gmail address?
