Top Half of inbox page missing on laptop

When I log in I briefly see all the page, but then the Advertisement block comes up and pushes half the page off the screen. How do I fix it? Btw the ads are blocked, so don't show.

The adverts should not be taking up that much of the window.

 

What browser are you using?

Have you tried a different browser?

TalkTalk is fine, when there are no issues, but getting issues resolved can be a real headache.
Incorrect information on TalkTalk help pages is unhelpful.
