Ask us about your TalkTalk email account and Webmail.

I recently cancelled my talktalk broadband too and wish to retain my email addresses. I was told to subscribe to everymail.
I went to everymail.com and clicked subscribe, entered my email/password, which it recognised and then took me to what looks like my usual talktalk webmail inbox.
The problem is, I haven't received the email about the transition/migration steps that other ex-talktalk customers refer to in other threads on these support pages. In particular, I can find nowhere on the everymail pages where I can actually subscribe as a paying customer and no information on talktalk support pages on how to do this (talktalk's "Email-Transition-FAQs" page has no information on this). From what I understand, the current everymail service I am subscribed to is only a temporary arrangement.
Can anyone from talktalk please help with this ? Maybe the missing email will explain everything if it could be forwarded to me ?

@Davey1964 since you recently disconnected your line, you will be able to continue using your emails up until they send you the communication. The team is currently working on migrating the recently disconnected accounts.

When you are logged into Everymail, I understand there should be a chat now facility for support.
Maybe see if this is available and ask Everymail how to set up the DD?

Hi - thanks for getting back to me. I don’t seem to have any restrictions at the moment, but understand that this may change at the end of October ? At the moment I am unable to set up a paid subscription and have received no communications from TalkTalk about this ?

Hi - I seem to be able to access and send emails, but I don’t know when this service will end as I am unable to set up a subscription

@Davey1964 are you experiencing any restrictions?

Hi @Davey1964 it would seem you are now an everymail customer. Have they any suggestions?
