I am a broadband customer but cannot send emails. A message pops up that I need a paid subscription. However I am a broadband customer so understand I do not need to pay. I had received emails from Talktalk saying I needed to subscribe to email as I was no longer a broadband customer which is not true as I am a customer. I therefore followed the advice online and submitted a message a couple of weeks ago to ensure that my email addresses (which I have included in the private notes section of my profile) were added to my account and I was told that had been done. Something obviously has gone wrong as I am a broadband customer who no longer has access to sending emails!
