Since the latest transition to Everymail I am unable to send emails without subscribing to Everymail. (28.07.2025 )
I have been a Tiscali / TalkTalk customer for a long period of time utilising our @Tiscali.co.uk email addresses to date without any problem.
Considering that I am a broadband customer on contract. Why should I subscribe and why is our emails unable to send.
Have been in contact with TalkTalk on regular occasions each time I receive an emails regarding Everymail and was advised to ignore as they confirm I was an active customer.

Can you please advise / update if any news regarding the inability to send emails due to migration to Everymail and now being asked to subscribe?

Please confirm that you have only two email addresses. If you have any additional email addresses, they will also need to be included in the private notes.

Hi @TM10265* I have found your account and can confirm that you have an active broadband service. Both email addresses listed in your private note are linked to this account. I have escalated your case since you should not have been impacted by the migration. You will not need to pay for your email services. I have submitted a web form to ensure you are excluded from the migration. Additionally, I have raised your email issue, and we will update you as soon as we receive a response.
