Lost access to tiscali email via Windows Mail and Android phone

I have recently lost access to my tiscali email when I try to access it via Windows 11 Mail or on my Android phone.

I have checked that I have the correct password and email settings on the respective mail clients but still get the error messages. 

I can access emails via the Talk Talk webmail but would like to also use other mail clients.

Could I please be added to the list of those to be restored to full service by Talk Talk?

Hi again Ady 

I still cannot get access to my emails via either Mail or on my Android phone.

I've checked all the settings and used those recommended by the TalkTalk online help pages but still getting error mesages.

Is there any way to check that my mailbox has been restored to full function, please?
