Hi @amahle-TT I cancelled my subscription with Everymail and put my legacy email details in my Private Notes.

I logged into webmail today as I stopped getting emails on my phone and I got this popup:

Please advise how I can keep my email.

Thank you

Thank you @Gliwmaeden2, I will raise an escalation, so her emails are linked to her broadband account. Regarding Everymail @TillyCat needs to cancel/ unsubscribe with them.

@amahle-TT, the problem is that @TillyCat has already paid Everymail, as they were worried about losing access.

They haven't lost access and emails are functioning as they have paid! But they shouldn't have paid to maintain function and the priority is to reassociate the address with the Talktalk account ASAP.

Please confirm if you are experiencing feature restrictions (i.e. unable to send an email) in the email account?

The first thing is to look out for a reply from forum staff during the day, @TillyCat.

They'll need to try to link your email address(es) to your Broadband account.

Once that is sorted, there will be some way to unsubscribe from Everymail. Check the terms of service that came with your subscription.

Hi @Gliwmaeden2

I think it was Everymail, £5 went out this week, I was worried I'd lose all my email so panic paid!  I've updated my private notes and saved the changes. Thanks for your help.

@TillyCat, you shouldn't be paying to keep legacy email while you are a paying Talktalk broadband customer.

Did you pay Everymail? Or Talktalk's Mailplus?

Either way, make sure all your legacy email addresses are listed in Private Notes, in the Personal Information area of your community profile. SAVE CHANGES.
