Lots of e mails not coming into mailbox

i use both talktalk e mail app and the mail on my iPhone and iPad.

lots of e mails are not coming through , usually ones that involve renewing passwords or confirmation of payments. They are not in junk.

yesterday I went into my account on talktalk and found them in a box when I did a search, it mentioned extra security .if I do a search these e mails cannot be found.?

i have deleted and reinstalled my talktalk account and checked all my settings.

thanks for any advice and solution

also when I try a trial email to check my service I get no reply from tall,talk

i don’t understand, please advise.

I have saved the problem.......! it seems that in my settings i had enabled notes. my mail was going into a box called mail notes. i have disabled it and all seems well

Hi Valbash, I've run a 7 day scan on your mailbox and there's no rejected mail showing. If you want me to scan the sender email addresses please send them to me in a private message.
