Can someone advise me why the move function (ie the ability to move emails from one folder to another) has suddenly disappeared?
This is a valuable function that allows me (and, I dare say, others) to manage their Inbox.
Guidance, or an explanation, would be gratefully received.
Thank you.

@kanya-TT, this is @MrAngry1's own thread.
@Howard79, please return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own, if you ever need support, but it looks like you were helpfully posting a solution.

I have had the same problem but have found a solution. Open the email that you want to Move, within the email at the top on the far right underneath the time there are three dots, click on them and half way down the drop down box you will see the Move option and it works. Don't try the Archive one at the top as I did and I have no idea where it went..it certainly isn't in the Archive file.

I have raised this with the forum manager to pass back yours, and others, feedback on this.
I only found this workaround by accident and agree communication was lacking.
I've also mentioned batch moving.
Thanks @sabelo-TT for picking up my tip from another thread. I'm pleased it's helped a fellow customer.

Thank you for this explanation, and I have just tried your suggestion. So it's now a drag and drop function (no move command on my screen), which means (as far as I can see) that each email has to be moved individually - which can be time consuming and tiresome. Is there a means of moving bulk emails?
Was this 'enhancement' communicated to customers? I didn't see it if so. And (a general gripe), why are system 'enhancements' rarely improvements?
Nonetheless, thank you for your time.

Hi there @MrAngry1 the features have been enhanced. As shared by @fr8ys "Not sure which program you are using but using the mail within a browser I've found if you highlight the mail you want to move by pressing on it or clicking and holding the mouse key and moving the mail left, it brings up a menu button and in there is the move command." please try this.
