My emails to Gmail go into spam or bin

Hi

Recently I have sent emails to 3 different people with Gmail addresses and the emails have been deposited into spam or the bin.  Is it them or me?

Thank you do much for that @Gliwmaeden2 that is a good suggestion. We have no update as yet once we receive update, we will then update the forum.

I just did a test and mine also went to Spam in Gmail, but I approved myself as the sender of that and the next test was received correctly in my Gmail inbox.

Until it's sorted, you may need to alert people to ensure that they approve your address at their end, @iainandiola.

Hi @iainandiola it's likely Talktalk😔 I've seen a few people with similar issues. Tt are aware and working on a resolution.
