New Customer. Can't Create Email Address.

I've recently signed up to TalkTalk on their Fibre connection (FTTP). I've been trying to create an email address but each time it says:

Unable to add mailbox

We’re sorry for any inconvenience

 

Any idea what could be wrong? I've tried on different days.

Hi TheCatsDad, I'm afraid there's an incident open for this, but I don't envisage it being resolved in the near future.

Hi @TheCatsDad your post has been escalated and you should hear soon. Personally I avoid all ISP related emails as my long term relationships with ISPs are never enduring and legacy email accounts a pain. Gmail and Outlook are my favourites, other suppliers are available. 

I don't work here and all my opinions are my own.
