New email system slow and very hard to make sense of it ?

I do not  have much hair left ! what with the slowness of system (constant buffering), and 

my ability to make much sense out of it ie having to search for everything that used to be 2nd nature eg compose button gone. having to click at least twice to delete an article.

Am I the only one who is struggling with the system ?

Thanks for your reply, time will tell as to how well I use it, but there are loads of elderly members who use email but are not up to all the changes etc.

I'm positive you'll be OK with the changes. If you use just basic Mail functions then not much has changed. There is a new ability to Unsend an email if in the first 10 seconds after hitting Send you realise you made a mistake and sent the mail to the wrong person or forgot to add an attachment etc.

From my point of view I like the more powerful Search and consider the new Security function to sign out devices is a long overdue extra. The CalDAV and CardDAV synchronising to an external Calendar and Address Book is also much appreciated.

I'm here most days to make it as easy as possible for you.

I dont find it any easier as yet, maybe with more time I will settle in with it.

But honestly, as yet I cannot see any benefits with the system.

Is familiarity building up now you've had an opportunity to work with the TalkTalk Mail apps? Do let us know if you'd like more help. Or if you'd like to feedback any concerns.

It's only one click on the centre of the New email button to start composing a new email.

And for selected email(s) it's just one click on the Trash / Dustbin / Delete icon, either on the toolbar or in the email detail view, and the email is moved to the Trash folder.
