ADY this morning went online to find no emails in my talktalk.net account last 1 received monday 2055 could send ok wanted to post to you in online community page but requested a login which then requires a code by email WHATS THE GOOD OF THAT WHEN THEY ARE NOT ARRIVING so I want to request management change the login system to either an option of email or text to moble or just text only you can see how vital this is in these circumstances when the email service is down had to wait till 9am to phone in and was on the call for 65 mins 9/1005 at 0949 1 email started to arrive and slowly over next hour they trickled in in fact my one.network 8 daily ones took a spread of 1 hour to get all 8 up to 1030 this morning nobody else seemed to be posting about a similar problem would be good to know what happened and why me looking forward to your news its no good having a login code if the emails do not arrive leaves you in complete limbo thanks
