Under Mail --> Reading,
there are 3 options: Simple, Pictures and Checkboxes
I wish to set it to 'Simple'. (Instead, it defaults to Checkboxes.)

I missed your earlier message @fr8ys
In a sense @ferguson is correct.
But if one goes one step deeper, there are 3 options offered: Simple, Pictures and Checkboxes
However, the Simple and the Checkboxes options result in exactly the same layout, they both include checkboxes.
Therefore there are 2 options, Simple and Pictures.
All sorted.

I'm assuming you have checked under settings to see if you can change the default as you seem to know your way round webmail from your many past posts.
If it does not show there, and you have to change each time, then I guess you will have to change each time as I doubt that the option to change will be included any time soon.

Hi @fr8ys
Yes, I use the TalkTalk email app, but also webmail via the browser. Both ways are equivalent.
It calls itself TalkTalk Mail, but it's really TalkTalk 'Email'.

You say Webmail, I don't see those options, or are you using the app?
