Not receiving Tiscali emails unless sent from Talktalk or Tiscali email account

Hello Yesterday my Tiscali emails were functioning correctly, sending and receiving with no problems. Today I am not receiving any Tiscali emails on any of my devices unless they are been sent from a TalkTalk or Tiscali email account. Can you look into this for me. Regards

Good Morning Ady unfortunately the issue has not been resolved as still not receiving any emails. Just sent myself two emails from different accounts Outlook and Gmail any they have not been delivered to my inbox. Regards

We’re aware that some of our customers are having problems with their Tiscali email service. Tiscali customers are currently unable to receive emails from Gmail. Senders from Gmail, hotmail and Outlook are reporting getting the error message 'The MX host does not match any MX allowed by the STS policy'.

This issue only seems to be impacting email clients (outlook for example), customers using our webmail service aren’t reporting issues. 

Our team are working hard to get things back up and running, please check back here for updates.

Please start your own thread, @ALM-Lancs, as it gives a clearer indication of numbers of customers affected. 

 

You need to return to the message board and click on start a topic.

I have had the same problem since yesterday evening. Incoming emails not arriving in my tiscali account. The same is happening with my wife's tiscali account. I usually view emails using Outlook, but I have also logged into web mail and the emails are not there. Emails sent from one tiscali email to another work ok as do outgoing emails.

Hope you can fix this problem soon.

Just for Information my emails I should have received are now been bounced back to the sender and I am receiving this;

 

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

Name@tiscali.co.uk
Your message wasn't delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, a connection to the remote server couldn't be made.

Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that your email system is unable to connect to their email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

Hi Ady, I am still not receiving any Tiscali emails on any device or on webmail. My wife also has a Tiscali email address and no emails are been received on that account. Is there a solution to this?
