Up until June 2024, my talktalk email address was happily receiving emails from Octopus Energy (from their address hello@octopus.energy) Currently, emails from that account are not finding their way into my talktalk mailbox and I have no idea why. They are not in the Spam folder either, so I'm not sure where they are going or if they are just 'lost in the ether'. Any help gratefully received.

I had the same problem a while ago as I was with Octopus Energy. Looks like for some reason the Talk Talk spam filter didn't like Octopus Energy emails and didn't even put them in the webmail spam folder. I got round the problem by going into my Octopus Account and switching the email to a Yahoo one that I have as well and that worked OK.
By the way you can go into your Octopus Account and can view the emails they have tried to send you.
The situation may have changed with the new TalkTalk webmail application as I have just noticed three emails in my webmail spam folder that were from up to the last two weeks (none were spam!!). Previously with the earlier system there was never ever anything in the spam folder so I never bothered looking at it! Makes one wonder what happened to the purported spam!!
