Not receiving emails from gmail accounts

I have not been receiving emails from some accounts. In particular from gmail accounts.

Hi again Alan,

 

I've just received an update that this should now be fixed. Could you retest and let me know how you get on please?

Good morning,

 

We’re aware that some of our customers are having problems with their Tiscali email service. Tiscali customers are currently unable to receive emails from Gmail. Senders from Gmail are reporting getting the error message 'The MX host does not match any MX allowed by the STS policy'.

This issue only seems to be impacting email clients (outlook for example), customers using our webmail service aren’t reporting issues. 

Our team are working hard to get things back up and running, please check back here for updates.
