My TalkTalk email account was hacked recently and after being able to get back into the account (and changing my password) I've not been receiving emails. The weird thing though is that a few emails have come through, but the majority haven't. I've checked my spam folder and they aren't in there. I can send emails fine though.
I use Outlook as my email client (on desktop) and I am having the same problem with TalkTalk webmail too.

If this was just an Outlook issue we would have informed you there are known issues using talktalk mail, that Outlook acknowledge.
As it's affecting webmail, log on and ensure there are no mail forwarding set up by the hackers.
Failing that, unfortunately, support staff are no longer available here and this will require you contact TalkTalk directly as the forum is now peer to peer and this is something we are, on this occasion, unable to help you with.
