Not receiving gmail into Tiscali

I am still not receiving emails from gmail accounts to my  tiscali email address despite being told the problem has been fixed.  Can you tell me when this will be sorted please.

Hi Rmd39, it looks like the Cloudmark filters have started blocking Gmail again. I've asked the team to investigate this already.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
