Not receiving mail on my Tiscali account

I have been told by 4 people (over last 3 days) that they sent me mail but i have not received any.  However i did forward myself a few mails from my Yahoo account and they arrived.  I normally use emclient but have also checked the TalkTalk web mail. The Spam folder is empty. My wife only uses the web mail and is also not receiving mail.  I can send OK.

 

When i logged into this Help section i was sent a code from TalkTalk which did arrive.

 

Help appreciated.

Hi jawatto, unfortunately if you haven't received them now you're unlikely to receive them at all.

Have had G mails through, still missing Hotmail someone told me they had sent.  Dont know whats missing that i dont know about.

Hi Michelle,

i have had a couple of "test" messages come through, but i havent had all that i expect to receive over the last 3/4 days.  People with Gmail/Hotmail/Outlook accounts have told me they have mailed me but not received.
