Ask us about your TalkTalk email account and Webmail.

I have seen similar posts to mine but I cannot find a resolution.
I have requested newsletters from a holiday company where I am a member of their Club. Even though I am definitely on their subscription list, I am not receiving their newsletters. I contacted the Company and they can see that they have a lot of TalkTalk customers all with the same problem.
I need to contact the tutoring company and ask them to remove my email address from the sending service suppression list.
I don't know how to do this. Please Help.

I only talked to them a couple of days ago so I will keep my fingers crossed.

Thank you for looking into it.
It's amazing that I keep receiving spam mail, which I keep reporting as spam, but I am not receiving the newsletters that I want!

Hi @jacoby have you checked that your profile with the travel co has been updated? Sometimes such changes take a while to filter through.

Hi @jacoby thank you for bringing this to our attention, We're really sorry that you are experiencing this, we are currently collecting all the information regarding this issue and are passing it over to our email team who will look into the cause of it. Once we have an update we will post it here on community. @Divsec advise will be the option you have at the moment until the issue is resolved, you can use your google email address for now and you will be updated. Will there be anything else I can assist you with today?

Hi Divsec, thank you.
I have recently given them a google address that I have, as yet nothing received.

Hi @jacoby I'd struggle with that as well. My solution would be to take a new email account with Hotmail or Gmail (both free) and gradually feed that into my subscriptions etc. the value of such accounts is their portability, you don't need to rely on your ISP for then to work.
I've also escalated your post so the TT team can advise.
