Now being asked to log in to Outlook for Android

I added talktalk.net to my OfA app a few weeks ago and all worked fine. However, today I have been asked to log in and when I try to enter the right credentials, checked several times against the recommended settings, the login fails. Somebody (not me) has changed something without telling us!

Outlook for Android sets itself up to use secure mail settings so if it was working but is now not there are three options.

1. Power off the mobile device and repower to see if there was just a simple glitch in the app
2. Remove the email account from the app and reinstate anew
3. Change the password to cover the situation that the password has been deemed too weak

The Reset password now button in the help article  Changing your email password will take you to password reset and recovery. 

If you have set up password recovery options, in advance, that you recognise from the *****hints, then you can send your alternate email address a link or your mobile a 6-digit code to authorise a password reset.
