Lots of other people have posted about this, but I've been asked to start a separate thread to help indicate the extent of the problem. In my case it's emails from Outlook.com not getting through. See here for example: https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Email/Not-receiving-all-emails/td-p/3075673

Our Email Team have advised that although this should be resolved it may take a few hours for the emails to filter through. I'll check back in with you in a few hours to see how you're getting on.

Thanks Michelle. It seems to work now (although the email from Outlook.com took about 5 minutes to arrive).
The problem also affected webmail. It wasn't just with email client software. Anyway, it all seems OK no, thanks.

Hi Simon,
Thank you. This has been raised to our Incidents Team and is being investigated. We'll keep you updated as soon as we know more.
We’re aware that some of our customers are having problems with their Tiscali email service. Tiscali customers are currently unable to receive emails from Gmail. Senders from Gmail are reporting getting the error message 'The MX host does not match any MX allowed by the STS policy'.
This issue only seems to be impacting email clients (outlook for example), customers using our webmail service aren’t reporting issues.
