One of my email accounts is not on my mailbox manager?

I have a problem, one of my email accounts is not registered on my account. It's an old one "homecall" it has always worked fine no problems. However got an email 3 days or so ago saying it would be removed if I didn't pay £5 per month to this company to keep it going? I have tried to add it in my mailbox manager but it will not let me. Any help please. Regards Pfos1955
