Only receiving emails from tiscali

Not receiving emails using the talktalk webmail or outlook or iPhone from non talktalk platforms. Getting talktalk emails only and can send emails. I've got no forwarding rules applied and this has been like this for several weeks

I've just been notified this issue should be resolved now. If you're still having trouble with it please let me know.

There is a very specific fault in the interface between tiscali.co.uk and the rest of the email world, which means emails originating from Microsoft or Google based email services is not getting through to addresses on tiscali.co.uk. There are now upwards of two dozen individual user reports here in the community, and I spent an hour using online chat on Saturday morning to report the fault to Talktalk. We can only hope that when one of the Talktalk staff arrives on the Community on Monday morning, someone will start getting it fixed.
