Only receiving random spam on all devices

My husbands email account suddenly stopped receiving only occasional random spam emails and no normal mail. Normal messages don't appear anywhere, on any of our laptops or phones,  including talktalk mail in a browser. This problem started last Friday, 29th Nov.

I have some similar situation on a name@tiscali.co.uk  email with very, very many Spam emails constantly coming 

and my other email addresses not receiving properly .
