Out going email not being recieved

My out going emails are not being received
They are not going into the recipients spam box
If Send a test message to myself on it says its being sent but is not received back
 
Previously I was advised to use the Windows command prompt and run  
ipconfig /flushdns  
which I do daily, but to no effect 
please help 
I have ALSO sent this to concerns@talktalkplc.com who say they will reply within 72 hours

That used to happen, but the problem seems to  have fixed itself
