Out going email not being recieved

My out going emails are not being received
They are not going into the recipients spam box
If Send a test message to myself on it says its being sent but is not received back
 
Previously I was advised to use the Windows command prompt and run  
ipconfig /flushdns  
which I do daily, but to no effect 
please help 
I have ALSO sent this to concerns@talktalkplc.com who say they will reply within 72 hours

just to confirm you have completed checks with the agent you were speaking to?

No change, emails sent today not recieved 

I have just noticed that having sent an email that under it, where it usually says
SENDING and then  SENT
 
It just continues to say  SENDING with the subject of an OLD email, and this  does not clear away

I am using windows 10 on a PC

 

I got the  message message below when sending to jcrhumming ETC but my message seems to have been received ok

 

I  am now very confused!

Can you check your TalkTalk Internet access for me now and let me know if it works? You can do this by trying to reload the site or application you were experiencing problems with, or trying to search for something on the Internet.

So just to confirm you are able to send emails however the people you are sending the emails to are not receiving them?

The outgoing emails are not being received at all, they don't go into spam
