Out going email not being recieved

My out going emails are not being received
They are not going into the recipients spam box
If Send a test message to myself on it says its being sent but is not received back
 
Previously I was advised to use the Windows command prompt and run  
ipconfig /flushdns  
which I do daily, but to no effect 
please help 
I have ALSO sent this to concerns@talktalkplc.com who say they will reply within 72 hours

Hi there @TonyM01, thank you for reaching out, we are so sorry you are messaging us regarding an issue.  It sounds like you're experiencing issues with your email account, specifically with outgoing emails not being received, does the emails end up in the recipient's spam or junk folder or they are not received at all?

Hi Ady,

This problem, of out going emails not being received has returned.

Both new emails and replies to on going conversations 

Previously you had to unblock my a/c.   

Can that be repeated for me please
