30 minutes ago I started having problems with TalkTalk email accounts. Emails appear to be sending from TalkTalk accounts I'm not getting any error messages at all at that stage. But if I run a test and send email from TalkTalk account to another TalkTalk email account it does not arrive in the Inbox.
However, I have tested sending emails from my Gmail account to TalkTalk accounts and these arrive in the Inbox no problem at all.
So I don't know what the issue is or how to resolve it. Can anyone help please?
UPDATE
I’ve run virus scans and malware scans - nothing found! But what I have noticed is that it is only emails sent to or from TalkTalk email accounts that are a problem. If I send an email from TalkTalk email account to a non TalkTalk email account it gets there ok, and same goes for emails sent to my TalkTalk account from non TalkTalk email accounts. Completely bizarre!!!

it sounds like a slightly different issue to mine. My emails were going from the outbox and moving to sent, but weren’t arriving with the recipients.
Just as frustrating though and needs to be sorted.
if you’ve not already done this, I’d suggest you create a new post describing your problem. I’ve found that works best at making sure it gets picked up by TalkTalk technical team.

Same problem here. Emails not sending from my Talktalk accounts to anywhere. Stuck in outbox.
I've tried re-entering outgoing email password - stuck on SMTP validation, and then errors.

There must have been a network issue causing the problem.

Exactly the same here - lots of people reporting it. Most people will not realise their emails are not arriving though. Needs fixing ASAP
