Outgoing Emails being rejected because of spam

We are having outgoing emails to Outlook.com and Gmail, amongst others,  rejected supposedly because of spam.  The message says -

550 5.7.1.Reject for policy reason.

 

How can we rectify this?

Thank you for confirming this. Instead of Outllok App, could you try sending an email via Webmail to double check if it will go through an land in the box folder.

Yes but use Outlook to send them.

@MaureenHeb1, just to double check, are you currently in use of an email with a TalkTalk domain when sending these emails?
