Quite often I find my talktalk emails bounce from reputable recipients such as Yahoo and Hotmail because of spam concerns. I believe Talktalk should be able avoid this happening. Here are details of the latest occurrence of this. Please follow the link at the end for Microsoft's suggestions for fixing this:

Hi,
Please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.
To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"
Please also note that you should only post back on that thread and not start another on the same topic as multiple posts cause delay to you and others seeking help.
Thank you

I am also receiving this message when sending emails to outlook.com addresses and gmail addresses. I have also had a NDR saying
550 5.7.1 Reject for policy reason
Does anyone know how to rectify this?

Well said @sae999.
@nambuso-TT: TalkTalk has gone very quiet on this. It's nearly 2 weeks since you said "I will send this through to our specialists". Any news please?

Totally agree - I am having real issues sending to Hotmail addresses. They bounce back as undeliverable :
The following organization rejected your message: eur.olc.protection.outlook.com, hotmail-com.olc.protection.outlook.com.
Diagnostic information for administrators:

@sabelo-TT easily done, but I think you have misread the customer's issue.
They are not receiving mail in spam, but mails they Send are ending up being bounced due to their emails being marked as spam.

@AlanL4, could you double check o your end to see if your inbox is not full as this maybe one of the reasons to some of the emails you are receiving ending up in the Spam folder.

Sometimes - this problem happens intermittently, but sufficiently often to be worrying.

Good morning AlanL4. So just to confirm you are unable to send emails to certain domains?

Hi,
You are in the staff's queue for a response.
For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
Please post back when done.
Thank you
