Please link 4 email addresses in profile private notes field to my Mum's broadband account (I am a Power of Attorney).
Account number and email addresses are listed in profile -> private notes.
These email addresses were previously linked to my Dad's account, but he died and the broadband has been transferred to my Mum. All email accounts are currently receiving the below error.

@onion86, I'll re-escalate this thread. Staff closed it previously because you had also been communicating via PM. It's best to stick to one medium, so if there's no sensitive information required, we'll try to keep this in the public thread.
You should not have subscribed to Everymail, so hopefully that can also be sorted in the coming days.
Staff will respond during the day, Monday to Friday.

4 weeks and no resolution. Due to having to signup to Everymail prior to 8th September or completely lose access to emails, I have had to signup to the Everymail service for a 30 day free trial, including adding Direct Debit details to start charging £5/month from day 31, even though my Mother is a Broadband customer and should get this for free. I have raised a complaint about this via online chat.

Issue still not resolved, I see others having similar long waits. Obviously able to use other email addresses to send emails currently, but a bit concerned all access will be lost in a couple of weeks.

Hello there @onion86, condolences to you and the rest of the family. Just to double check, has the account holder received any communication of signing up to Every Mail?

Sorry to hear of these complications, @onion86, - one would have thought that the email addresses associated with your late father's account would simply have transferred across with the change of ownership of the account.
This may take some time to resolve - staff will respond after the weekend.
