I have an old tiscali email address, but I still use it regularly. The issue is: I have forgotten the password, and need to reset it because I am changine to a new device. Can someone help me please.
I have added all the necessary info, including my address, DoB, etc. as instructed in my profile settings.
I'd appreciate a call from the helpdesk with the new password.

Hi Tonyroy, I raised the fault ticket for you on Friday. You should get a call this morning with your new password. Please let us know how you get on.
